All of this is subject to change, but will give you an idea of what's in store. There will also be a couple open spots for impromptu discussions or demonstrations.

Community Bike Spaces Show & Tell - Come and talk about what kind of space you operate. Space, funds, staff, donations, youth, umbrella orgs... What’s working and what isn’t? What can we learn from one another?

Welding 2012 - Does your shop need a welder? Well, maybe a machine, but not a trained professional. Learn the basics of building front and rear loading cargo bikes from scrapped frames.
Discuss Dakota’s trials and errors and make your own.
Location: Wheelhouse Workshop

Trash Hacking - Trash hacking is utilizing waste materials, containers, and products to make upcycled useful objects, tools, and apparatii for survivalist bike touring. Bring YOUR trash hacking ideas!

Parking, Pick-up & Delivery Projects - A discussion about building partnerships and projects that can expand our goals and impact - from compost-pickup services to bike libraries to delivery co-ops and other innovative projects.

Stencils & Tube Art - Stencils are your portable printing press. Check out example designs, and make your own. Then try them out on the walls of TBR’s Wheelhouse! Then, explore the exquisite techniques of upcycling spent tubes into fashionable and useful works of art.

Emergency Bike Care - You’re on the trail or the road and far from home when you have a breakdown... of the mechanical sort. What do you need to know to keep you from having to call for a ride? Flats, broken chains, spoke problems, derailleur adjustments, etc. With a simple tool kit and a little know-how, you’ll be back in the saddle in no time.

Barriers to Bike Culture
- What keeps some people from riding a bike? Are these barriers real? Are they cultural? What are we doing to break down or enforce these barriers? Do they impact who we serve? Be prepared to discuss helmet requirements, motorized bicycles, “share the road” vs., independent infrastructure, and other controversial topics.

Diagnosing Your Bike by Ear
- "My bike makes this weird ticking noise, can you help me fix it?" A demonstration of how to diagnose common bike problems by the mysterious clicking, squeaking or creaking sound the bike makes. This will be followed with a discussion of other fast methods of diagnosis, so bring your bag of cheap tricks and be ready to share them.

Battlefield: Consensus - Consensus Decision Making - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

BikeSwag for Kids and Adults -
In preparation for the pre-dinner ride, join Sheila as she shares her experiences and expertise with bike and helmet decorating for kids and adults. This workshop is part instruction, part creativity. Bring a bike or helmet to decorate!

Yoga for Cyclists
- No matter what your reaction to the word yoga may be, this workshop is for all types of cyclists who want to improve their performance with alignment tips and ways to restore and recover the body after a long ride. Learn gentle stretches, movements and breath techniques that will help keep you centered, balanced and focused for your next cycling adventure or perhaps for the ride home.
